Case statement for an upcoming $30 million comprehensive capital campaign

It is written for prospective major donors to understand the needs of the campaign It will be used during the feasibility study of the campaign as well as during the campaign.

Capital Campaign Case Statement for a $2.7 million campaign.

This case statement was used for larger donor visits to help visually demonstrate the need for a campaign to build out areas of the school due to the rapid growth of the student population and to complete some athletic fields.

Direct Mail Flier

Included in the envelope was this brochure, a letter from the CEO describing the need for support, a personalized pledge card with a targeted ask amount. It was used to target donors who hadn’t supported in the past few years.

Giving Society Welcome Cards and Invitations

As donors enter into the giving society, they are sent a welcome card explaining the society and their annual benefits. Follow up mailings are sent as events happen.

Quarterly Donor Newsletter

This newsletter is sent quarterly to our donor society members – those supporting at a $1,200+ annual contribution. This distribution was started in early 2021 and has grown from 500 member subscribers to almost 1,000 in 2023.

High School Prospective Family Look Book

Showcased the highlights of the school and its students for prospective families. It was distributed to prospective families as well as larger donors and supporters.

Event Marketing Coaster

These coasters were designed to be a part of a marketing campaign for a Pintwood Derby (pinewood derby with beer). They were distributed at networking events and to adults at the Cub Scout derby events. They were designed to be able to use year-after-year.

Event Menu Card

These menu cards were designed to look like a neckerchief worn by Scouts as part of their uniform. They were themed for a “Celebrate the Experience of Scouting” gala-type event. The “slide” was an acrylic pin the guests could take with them and wear or display.

Annual Fund Mailer

This card was mailed to our donor list, families, and donor prospects. It was also inserted into area church bulletins to request support to “fill our school” after our new building was completed. It was modeled after a 1950’s bridal shower.
